Job Qualification :
- Identify, initiate, and deepen relationships with various community stakeholders.
- Implement and evaluate community engagement and community development programs including, but not limited to, resolve basic community issues on site, maintain the relationship with the community, maintain CSR Communication System in engagement with the community.
- Conduct project socialization and improve the socialization system.
- Execute the Community Development Programs to ensure that all programs and activities are well integrated and are conducted in accordance to business requirements, all applicable laws and regulations, safety, health, and environment guidelines.
- Establish mechanisms for internal and external evaluation of engagement initiatives.
