Merivale is cooking up something very special to explode onto the Sydney - Australian restaurant scene in June. Easily our boldest and most exciting restaurant opening, Mr Wong will be led by Executive Chef Dan Hong and Head Chef’s Eric Koh (ex Hakkasan in London) and Jowett Yu.  It is an Asian eatery inspired by the great Cantonese restaurants of the world. The menu will be extensive including a separate Dim Sum kitchen and will trade both lunch and dinner daily.

Specifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience


• Restaurant experience is essential


• Chefs who have experience in Asian cuisine – wok, BBQ and Dim Sum


• Mr Wong will focus on a modern Chinese cooking style – our own interpretation by leading chefs Dan Hong & Jowett Yu


• Mr Wong will be a Cantonese influenced menu – unique to Merivale with our own quirky ideas and twist


• 2 meals provided at work


• Sponsorship – 457 visa application (2 year visa)
