Job Qualification :

Well Established Jewelry/Accessories Export company seeks experienced and effective General Manager to manager all operations & office

Candidate Requirements are:

• Minimum of 5 yrs experience managing company of minimum 100 employees


• Knowledgeable & Well versed on: Employment contracts, Intellectual Property protection, Confidentiality Agreements, Insurance, Benefits & Packages, etc
  


• Capable of creating and enforcing polices & procedures to maintain a high quality of performance and consistency


• Excellent at evaluating procedures and processes to maximize efficiency, speed and quality and implementing new where required


• Excellent communicator and Manager with strong written and verbal communication skills required


• Must be articulate and professional, capable of selecting and managing the bestteam possible for the success of our company for a high quality of excellence


• Excellent motivator of people & ability to create a "team spirit" and level of excellence in performance!


• Good computer skills and articulate in Excel and good at learning new systems


• Highly organized, motivated  team leader with a sincere, professional and caring attitude towards others


• Capable and experienced at reviewing all employees and releasing people in a professional and appropriate manner when necessary


• Accountable for managing "people as money" and understanding a company’s best assets and greatest value is their people, striving for peak performance


• Excellent leader Capable of establishing Excellent systems for QC, Export, etc


• Proficiency in English to communicate with owner & overseas office


• Experience in the jewelry, accessory or garment industry is a benefit
