Job Qualification :

Responsibilities :

• Inspection of incoming , in-process and outgoing quality of raw material, production process, finished product, packaging and oyher material which have direct effect to quality of the product.
  


• Submit comprehensive inspection discrepancy reports


• Performs system inspection


• Prepare daily inspection reports, Prepare monthly QC reports like non conformity product


• Provides technical expertise and training to other inspectors
  


• Assist with in development of quality plan and investigations on quality related matters


• Liaise and handle with subcontractors


• Assist in other ad hoc as assigned

Requirements :

• Female


• Degree in relevant qualification. Min 1 year experience at Supervisor level in quality control


• Experience in quality control in screen printing or similar fields would be a plus


• Strong knowledge about ISO 9001


• Familiar with tools and methodologies like 7 QC tools,5S, Kaizen, statistical process control concepts, quality control circle, failure mode and effects analysis, Ishikawa diagrams etc.


• Experience in planning plant-wide audit and conducting audit


• Fluent in spoken & written English is a must, fluent in spoken & written Mandarin is a plus


• Dynamic, resourceful, self-motivated, action-focused and result oriented


• Meticulous, organized, able to multi-task and priorities


• Ability to be proactive in identifying areas of improvement


• Be in a team player, but able to work independently


• Computer literate and internet savvy


• Able to start immediately or short notice
