- Min lulusan SMK, max umur 35 tahun
- Berpengalan di bidang instalasi BTS dan MW
- Terbiasa menggunakan alat ukur:Site Master, bertest & multitester
- Min pengalaman 1 th sebagai installer
- Tempat kerja di Jawa Tengah (yang tinggal di Jawa tengah lebih diutamakan)
- Memiliki sim C/A
