One of our business units, PT. BARAMUTIARA PRIMA (BMP) is a coal mining company, with area of exploration activities is located in Musi Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra, Indonesia. Currently BMP is undergoing Mine and Supporting Infrastructure construction and under a 20 years supply contract with the National Utility Company’s, BMP is due to make initial  deliveries into 3 new coal Fired Power Plant in West Java for approximately 2,4 million tons per-annum.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who is willing to take increased responsibilities and challenges for the following vacancy:

Job Qualification :

Job Description:

• Provide list of all permit required for mining operations according to Government regulations


• Map out the process flow chart required for each permit to ensure permit is obtained timely


• Provide schedule as when each particular permit is required and maintain schedule to re-new the permits when required therefore no delay or interruption happened to the Operations


• Verify which permits are required from Central Government, Provincial and Regency for CCOW


• Understanding all requirements by Government regulations and verify when the regulations is overlapping between Central Government, Provincial and Regency


• Monitor progress of each permit application  


• Establish and maintain effective communications with, and provide assitance to site management , consultants, and contractors.


• Maintain documentation system by manually filing originals, scanning and storing electronic copies.


• To demonstrate Good Corporate Government practices when dealing with Government official

Requirement:

• Hold Bachelor Degree in Law or equivalent from reputable local university


• Minimum 3 years experience in similar position in mining related companies


• Deep understanding of Indonesian legal aspects especially Indonesian Mining Law and related regulations


• Having good communication skill and demonstrating ability to deal with Government institutions.


• Highly initiative person, dynamic, energetic, self motivated and strong interpersonal skill


• Excellent consulting, analytical, honest, negotiation skill, able to work under the pressure, both works independently and as a team
