Responsibilities:
You will have a passion for marketing and want to make your mark in a rapidly expanding global company! Main responsibilities will include driving acquisition through the affiliate channel for all key products in the Asia markets and assisting in maximizing P&L through the affiliate channel for all casino, sports & poker business. If creating successful business relationships with clients is what you thrive on, then keep reading!
- Assist in the execution of all Affiliate Marketing initiatives and programs
- Initiate, manage and follow up the recruitment of new customers to the site through the affiliate channel
- Identify suitable affiliates and partners through strategic marketing
- Generate and implement promotions and campaigns to our affiliate partners
- Handle affiliate requests via email and telephone
- Keep marketing offers updated continuously, ensure that the quality of campaigns, incentives and promotions are maintained and adapted based on feedback from our key affiliate partners
- Liaise with IT teams on new site developments for our affiliates in line with their requests with requests with the aim of delivering improved business performance through that channel
- Research and report on key industry trends and competitors with specific reference to the affiliate sector
- Compile regular KPI reports on customer acquisition and retention performance through the affiliate channel
- Assist the marketing team in segmenting our gaming customer base
- Be aware of the legal gaming environment in Asia and the impact of legal frameworks when developing marketing strategy
Requirements:
- Business Professional Bahasa speaking and writing level
- Education to graduate level or equivalent
- A minimum of two years experience in marketing, specifically in Affiliate Marketing, preferably within the gaming industry
- Must have a marketing, sales or business development background
- Expert knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and build relationships with a large number of accounts
- Strong business acumen and negotiating skills
- Strong understanding of marketing
- Basic knowledge of HTML is an asset
- Willing to be assigned in the Philippines
