PT Fibros Development is a Real Estate Developer company. Even though we have a several type of development such as Ruko, Commercial and Residentials, However our main focus has been developing Residential Townhouses. A few of our current and previous projects are Kosambi Residence, Kramat 2 Ruko, De Palm, Jatiwaringin Ruko, Graha Boenga, Butterfly-Bintaro Residence, Margo Square, Aruba–The Resort Residence, Jambu Tree Residence, and The Green Hill Residence.

- Having excellence knowledge of marketing
- Having excellence competency of analysis, problem solving and decision making
- Good communication (interpersonal skill)
- Good networking
- Honest, excellence of integrity, dedication then strong commitment toward company
- Confidence, flexible and discipline
- Having competency of leadership: Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling
- Having competency of analysis, problem solving and decision making
- Previously working in Real Estate Company or Brokerage company would be a plus
- Speaking English would be a plus
- Domicile in Depok area
