Qualifications :

• Able to operate MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and internet literate
  


• Good communications skill (upward, downward, and horizontal)
  


• Understand about main operation of JNE business process


• Control business processes / operations in company's express, courier or logistics


• Able to lead and communicate well
  


• Good endurance in working pressure, directly or indirectly
  


• Able to make capacity analysis, improve efficiency and productivity

• Oversight and supervision for the tracer

• Monitor and help smooth the task of tracer
  


• Make a daily report, weekly and monthly
