Job Qualification :
The Auxiliary Technician, based in Jakarta will report to the Service Manager.
Job Responsibilities
- Customer service visits (Installation, start-up, trouble-shooting of auxiliary equipment to support injection molding systems)
- Qualify faults and categorize problems for auxiliary systems
- Effectively using specialty tools for service and diagnostics
- Service report submitting after service visit
- Manage internal quality issues communication and investigation
- Maintain & build good customer relationships
Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in Engineering
- Min 2 years of relevant working experience
- High level of experience in electrical troubleshooting
- Experience with injection molding machinery (maintenance or operation) preferred
- Able to communicate well in both written and spoken English
- Willing to travel up to 80% of time
