• Degree in Computer Technology /Management Information /Information technology


• Good communication skill and having ability to do presentation


• Understanding in Banking or telco Industries is more preferable


• Highly people and process - oriented


• Able to communicate in English ( Oral & written )


• Salary 4 - 12 juta


• Experience min 2 Years/non experience

• Responsible for professional handling of call-in customer enquiries.



• Provides quotation on products selling & propose solution to best meet customers' requirement.



• Follow up of quotations and order coordination to establish high level of customer satisfaction.



• Develop and manage new account to expand customer base and increase sales performance.



• Collaborating with marketing team in products promotion and conduct market research in related segments to improve sales.
