Job Qualification :
Work Location : Surabaya
With requirements as follow :
- Bachelor degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or other related major
- Minimum 7 years experienced in similar position and 5 years in managerial level
- Excellent knowledge in HSE Management, related compliance regulation, ISO 9001:2008, OHSAS 18001:2007
- Experience in performing HSE audits and inspections
- Has Ahli K3 Umum/ SMK3 certification and other required certification
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Computer literate
- Strong in leadership, good communication and interpersonal skills
Role of position are :
- To develop and implement safety, health and environment (SHE) policy and procedures
- To ensure all activities in operations are accordance to compliance regulation
- Setting up execution plan for periodical audit
- Coordinate SHE training programs for operating teams
- Update and brief on latest health, safety and environmental laws and regulation in Indonesia
