We are now looking for experienced Sales Administration professionals for our new Sales Preview Centre in Bali, Indonesia.
Position summary
The Sales Administration Manager (SAM) is the leader of the administrative team within the Sales Centre. They recruit, train and supervise all Sales Administration associates. So they must be a person who is regarded as a role model to their teams.The SAM oversees all administrative processes and reporting of the department. The SAM also has accountability for the SPIF (Special Performance Incentive Fund) account and other cash flow accounts operated at the Preview Centre.
Finally, the SAM is responsible for ensuring the appearance of the Preview Centre is always maintained in a high quality and pristine condition.
o Strong leadership skills and ability to lead by example
o Excellent administrative & organisational skills
o Fully proficient in MS Office Applications, especially MS Word & Excel
o Ability to effectively select future colleagues (recruiting-interviewing-hiring), and excellent coaching and teaching skills for the people selected to join the team.
