Anantara Vacation Club is an exciting multi-destination Shared Ownership Club recently launched in the Asia Pacific region. It is developed by Minor International PCL, one of the largest hospitality and leisure companies in the region. Minor is listed on the Thailand Stock exchange and has over 25,000 employees.
We are now looking for experienced sales management for positions at our new Sales Preview Centre in Bali, Indonesia. Applicants may be local nationals or expatriates. All succesful appointees will be able to demonstrate comparable past experience in a similar position, in the timeshare/vacation ownership industry.
Position summary
As an AVC Sales Manager you will be part of a professional sales management group responsible for the leadership of onsite Sales teams, and expanding new Sales preview centres within the region. Strong management ability along with sales recruitment, training personnel development and highly developed 'closing' skills in the Shared Ownership industry are all required. You will also be willing and able to instil a 'Customer Service' mindset in the team, where all Sales professionals believe that their personal responsibility for ensuring a positive customer relationship continues past the point of sale.
o A minimum of six months experience as a Sales Manager and/or two-year's experience as an Assistant Sales Manager or senior level Sales Executive, preferably with a multi-site Company offering a Points based product
o Excellent communication & listening skills, and verbal & non-verbal communications
o No documented record of serious misconduct, misrepresentation, or breaching of sales and/or company policies
o Tertiary or University education desirable, though not a requirement
