We are now seeking experienced Sales Executives for our new Preview Sales Centre in Bali, Indonesia.  This position is open to both local nationals and expatriates who can demonstrate past success in a comparable role in the timeshare/ vacation club industry.

Position summary
As an AVC Sales Executive you will be responsible for consistent and accurate sales presentations to AVC tour guests, to achieve defined sales targets, while at all times maintaining a professional and personal image in upholding AVC's standards of integrity, quality and service to both internal and external customers.
 
AVC Sales Executives understand and believe that their personal responsibility for ensuring a positive customer relationship, continues long after the point of sale.

o A minimum of one year's experience in the Shared Ownership selling profession, and/or two years' experience in the direct selling profession,
o Tertiary or University education desirable, though not an essential requirement,
o Excellent communication & listening skills, and verbal & non-verbal communications,
o Proven past experience in problem solving and negotiation,
