Job Location-Jakarta, Indonesia
Duration- 12 months
Job Description:
- Act as the main contact person of projects, discuss with users from multiple departments for user requirement gathering process.
- Generate business requirement document for the basis of application development with the language understood by users.
- Translate business requirement to software requirement specification (technical specification) as a guideline to developer. Including in this process are database analysis and design and whenever needed, reviewing from previous codes because of the lack of previous documentation.
- Generate documents of test scenarios, user acceptance test and deployment documentation.
- Assist users during user acceptance test.
- Support users after the application promoted to production.
Knowledge/Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- Minimum 3-6 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.
- Must have insurance domain experience.
- A strong understanding and application of technology to business problems.
- Proficient in PC desktop software, with emphasis on MS Office products
- Good Communication Skills.
