Job Qualification :
Requirement
- Minimum 2 years experience in technical team from Company that provide telephony-voice/contact center/data solution or software application.
- Having technical certification such as ACIS, ACSS, CCNA, CCNP is advantage
- Have skill to solved problem with every effort needed, such as reading technical documentation, check internet forum, rise ticket to principal, etc.
Job Description:
- Do technical task from doing implementation for project, maintenance system, troubleshooting and service, do demo system, POC, etc.
- Create documentation for every task assigned.
- Ready for standby task.
- Responsible to provide documentation to both PC and customer and Company when closing the project.
General Requirements
- Having knowledge in Avaya, Nice, Nortel, Cisco is an advantage.
- Computer literate & English fluency (written and spoken).
- Pleasant, courteous and able to abide and follow guidelines set by the company.
- Resourceful and able to work under critical conditions.
- Independent, self motivated, self starter and possess good working attitude. Able to work well within the team and with partners.
- Strong individual contributor, capable in learning and mastering new technologies quickly.
