Job Qualification :

Principal accountabilities:

Perform remote and onsite technical support activities for cluster customers.

• Perform on site activities such as: Upgrades, Network expansion, Installation, Site Survey, NOC operation, OJT, Site and Network commissioning.


• Perform remote support activities


• Document and follow up all activities in ERP


• Bring ideas for services readiness from the Filed

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of hands on experience in the telecommunication


• Engineer degree (electrical engineering or telecom/networking) – must. (we can also consider and excellent technician)


• Good English – reading, writing and speaking - must


• Experience with DWDM & SDH networks– must


• Experience with implementation of networks at the level of acceptance testing


• Experience (configuration level) with at least one of the following technologies – SDH/MSPP, MPLS, Routers, L2 switches, Optical networks


• Good Knowledge in IP networking and data networks (configuration of routers)


• Familiarity with test equipment


• Familiarity of Unix OS – installation and configuration


• Experience with troubleshooting


• Motivated and independent


• Good human relations and experience with customers


• Readiness to travel in country and abroad
