  • Melakukan proses Administrasi HRD seperti negosiasi gaji, penandatanganan kontrak kerja dan evaluasi kanyawan probation

  • Mengevaluasi dan mendata SDM yang membutuhkan training, bekerja sama dengan semua departemen dan mensupport pelaksanaan training
