- Charge of maintaining the property and grounds in addition to collecting rent and handling tenant communications.
- Handle resident issues, property upkeep and rent collection.
- Prepare sales and profit reports, which requires the ability to write effectively
- Resident managers occasionally handle disputes among residents or late payments
- Experience min. 5 years as Resident Manager.
