  • The Sales Director (SD) will be responsible for wining new and profitable business in Telecom vertical within Indonesia amongst local large Telecom customers. 

  • Seek out new opportunities, and drive them through the sales cycle to signed contract. Lead the Sales process in a structured manner from lead generation to contract. 

  • Maintain C-level customer relationships beyond and plays a pivotal role as a trusted customer advisor.

  • Engaging the decision makers using solution selling process, business case discussion, presentation and presales support activities.

  • Reporting directly to the Country Head – Indonesia and functionally to Asia Pacific – Telecom Vertical Head, produce regular reports relating to sales process and customer development progress status.

Requirements:




  • At least 10 years of experience in business development or sales management.

  • Telecom industry knowledge Mandatory

  • Excellence in inter-personal and communication skills.

  • Good experience of IT Services or solutions sales.

  • Always thinking out of the box, creative, persuasive and innovative in formulating, marketing strategies towards achieving and exceeding sales targets

  • Must be comfortable in dealing with different levels of clients from project managers up through to senior executives at the level of CIO, COO, CEO. Proven customer relationship skills, with experience in interfacing with customers, at Executive/ Director level in both business and technology, on a regular basis.

  • Willing to travel

  • Must be persistent, possesses high integrity and is fast-paced.

Role & Responsibilities:




  • Develop new accounts and business opportunities for Netzsch Grinding and Dispersion Equipment

  • Perform the full spectrum of the sales cycle including prospecting, cold calling, information gathering, solution proposing and closing

  • Post sales follow-up to ensure customers satisfactory

  • Formulate sales strategy and execute it effectively on target markets

  • Submit sales report on a timely basis for business review


Requirements:




  • Diploma or Degree in preferably in Chemical / Mechanical are an advantage

  • Positive attitude

  • Good communication skills, pleasant disposition and a team player

  • Aggressive and able to work independently in a dynamic environment

  • Passion in selling and want to build a career in technical sales

  • Must possess own transport. Some travelling within Indonesia

POSITION SUMMARY



Analyzing the marketplace in Indonesia to identify and develop strategic partnerships through which RIM can develop a compelling application and content offering, while driving new revenue growth and long term strategic relationships. This is a senior level position in which the candidate is expected to work independently to establish new key relationships while providing mentorship to others on the team. The incumbent will be given the freedom to work within broad guidelines, to independently initiate and/or recommend new programs and partnership opportunities. The successful candidate will need to motivate, direct, and utilize resources within the greater organization to achieve the goals of the position.



The successful candidate will participate in the development of the overall corporate direction and be expected to implement a regional partnership strategy which is complimentary.



RESPONSIBILITIES



The successful candidate's responsibilities will include:




  • Working with local Indonesia business teams to leverage existing relationships and skill-sets to deliver on overall content strategy

  • Negotiating business terms and executing partnership contracts

  • Managing partner relationship to ensure each opportunity achieves its full potential

  • Working with internal teams (Product Management/Finance/Engineering/Legal) to assess the pros and cons of partnership opportunities with potential partners across a variety of product and service categories (i.e. social networking, m-commerce, banking, content providers)

  • Maintaining high visibility of the Strategic Business Development team by communicating and executing its initiatives with cross functional teams to ensure alignment of goals for strategic partners

  • Being accountable for the profitability of Strategic Development contracts


ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS




  • Formal training/education in Engineering/Computer Science

  • Degree in Business, Law, Finance or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a technical/business development environment

  • 5-7 years’ experience in a combination of direct contract negotiation, partner management and mobile technology

  • Contract negotiation experience with the ability to minimize risk exposure and secure the most favorable terms

  • Experience in wireless or telecom industry

  • Experience in electronic/mobile commerce and the financial sector is an asset

  • Product Management experience is an asset

  • Demonstrable understanding of the difference between trends and fads in the mobile space

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners, customers, competitors and suppliers at all levels of an organization

  • Understanding technically feasible solutions to drive projects to completion

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required in Bahasa and English
