Well Established High End Jewelry Company seeks candidate for overseeing all production

Job Requirements:

• Min of 5 years experience Head of Production for Jewelry, Garment or Accessory company


• Responsible for Coordinating & Distributing Incoming Orders with Factories for timely delivery & overseeing quality control of products received


• Ability to calculate how many pieces can be made per week and coordinate good quality delivery with factories, on time for cancel dates and deadlines


• Main job is coordination between office in Bali Office & Factories/Producers


• Will also communicate with Main Office Overseas regarding deliveries dates

Candidate Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in person, skype, email)


• Good computer skills in Excel, PhotoShop, etc.


• Ability to establish effective and efficient processes for production


• Highly organized, neat & precise in recording data with excellent follow-up


• Excellent Quality Control Skills to recognize quality issues in Jewelry


• Accountable for achieving all production deadlines & maintaining quality
