Job Qualification :

Reporting to HSE Superintendent, you will proposed on providing administer and execute the implementation of TCI employee health & medical program on site; and liaise with external medical providers to ensure employees and their family are treated appropriately. Beside that to implement TCI Safety Management System, processes and programs to ensure the conservation of people, property, environment and profits. Hence the successful candidate will need to active distribute to a positive teamwork environment, and communicate openly and honestly at all times.

To be successful in this role you will need to have graduate background Medical Doctor with minimum of 5 years experiences in similar position. Understand TCI obligations and standards, familiar with Safety Management at all levels and focus on risk management. attention to detail; strong analytical; good communication; assertive; fluent in English both oral and written; good computer skills; work quickly and accurately; planned and target oriented; and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits.
