• Ensuring regulatory compliance as per local regulation/requirement


• Communicate with federal authorities, HQ, and stake holders


• Reporting to Director

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 or Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy


• Having experience in Pharmaceutical Companies as Regulatory Senior Manager


• Strong administrative and planning skills

Jabaran tugas adalah sebagai berikut :  

• Memberikan input untuk pengembangan dan implementasi program HIV/TB/IMS/KIA kepada partner baik pada tingkat dinas kesehatan, puskesmas maupun rumah sakit

• Mampu memberikan advokasi di tingkat pengambil keputusan
  


• Membuat laporan kegiatan baik untuk kepentingan internal CHAI maupun untuk partner
  


• Menjalankan fungsi manajerial dan keuangan

Kualifikasi yang diminta :

• WNI dan bersedia ditempatkan di Papua,  mempunya pengalaman kerja di Papua/Papua Barat

• Bersama dengan program manager menganalisa data yang berasal dari seluruh Center of Excellence


• Membantu data mentor dalam menganalisa sistem pengumpulan, penyimpanan, cleaning dan analisa data beserta implementasinya


• Mendukung data mentor dalam mempersiapkan feed back yang akan diberikan ck kepada puskesmas dan rumah sakit hasil dari pengumpulan, penyimpanan dan analisa data

• Memberikan input berbasis bukti kepada program manager dan deputy program manager terkait dengan implementasi program HIV/TB/IMS/PMTCT


• Menjaga kerahasiaan data terhadap pihak yang tidak berkepentingan


• Bersama dengan  program manager dan deputy program manajer memberikan input berbasis bukti dalam monitoring implementasi program kepada dinas kesehatan


• Memberikan rekomendasi kepada team CHAI dan CoE terkait dengan implementasi program


• Bersama dengan team CHAI dan CoE memastikan implementasi program HIV/TB/IMS/PMTCT


• Bersama dengan team CHAI membuat laporan kegiatan baik untuk kepentingan internal CHAI maupun untuk partner

Kualifikasi yang diminta :

• WNI dan bersedia ditempatkan di Papua  dan atau Papua Barat


• Bersedia untuk melakukan perjalanan ke kabupaten-kabupaten di wilayah Provinsi Papua dan Papua Barat
