  1. Work closely with Customer, Business Development Department and Vendors for new product development

  2. Work Closely with Customer, PPIC and Vendor for Material readyness and Delivery

  3. Maintain stock level along with PPIC

  4. Collaborate with Customer for material cost saving


  • Managing and Monitoring Export Import Activities


  1. Work closely with Forwarder and Customer for Shipment schedule

  2. Create Shipping Instruction, Invoice and Packing list for Export matters

  3. Work closely with Vendors and BPOM and Ministry of Trade

  4. Create Delegation Letter and SKI (Surat Keterang Import), Duty Payment Instruction Letter and others related docs


  • Managing and Documenting Invoices


  1. Work closely with finance for Invoices procedures and create weekly payment proposal

Skill & Knowledge




  • Honest

  • ERP (MFG / Pro prefered)

  • Strong Leadership ability

  • Negotiation Skill

  • General machine spare part and machining part knowledge

  • Building maintanance knowledge

  • EXIM Knowledge

  • Good Interpersonal and Communication Skill

  • Able to take decision and have a good responsibility

  • Good IT (Hardware, server and network) knowledge

  • Good Chemicals Knowledge

  • English is a must 


Preferably:




  • Graduated from reputable university in any major

  • Experience as general procurement in manufacturing at least 5 years

  • To receive delivery order from customers and translate customer order (Delivery Notice - DN, Manifest, etc.) to

Requirements:




  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (S-1) preferably with engineering background.

  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the same function and role as market analysis and handling customer orders.

  • Preferably having experience in Automotive Industry sector and enthusiasm in automotive industry trend.

  • Having pleasant personality in dealing with customers, possess high level of integrity.

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office program/application.

  • Able to travel & hold driving license "A".
