SALES ADMIN & ANALYST

Job Qualification :
Responsibilities:
- To receive delivery order from customers and translate customer order (Delivery Notice - DN, Manifest, etc.) to
- internal order to production by issuing Kanban and liasing with production department.
- To control on delivery to customer as per customer requirement (schedule and quantity)
- To maintain stock quantity at F/G warehouse as per approved level.
- To generate periodical sales reports
- To update sales data in company system ( Biztrak )
- To conduct sales volume analysis based on periodical or market growth trend
- To coordinate with Finance on sales value and volume recap and reconciliation
- To receive, process and lead countermeasure actions for customers complain, requests and feedback
- To liase with customers in daily basis on customers sales order requirements and other issues
- To follow procedure and work instructions available
- To propose and update procedure and work instruction as necessary
- Report to Sales & Marketing Manager
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (S-1) preferably with engineering background.
- Good command of English, both spoken & written
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the same function and role as market analysis and handling customer orders.
- Preferably having experience in Automotive Industry sector and enthusiasm in automotive industry trend.
- Having pleasant personality in dealing with customers, possess high level of integrity.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office program/application.
- Able to travel & hold driving license "A".
- To be stationed at our plant in JIEP-Jakarta Timur and/or MM2100 Industrial Zone Cibitung-Bekasi
