Responsibilities:

• Ensures all interactions with clients are handled professionally, promptly with care and adhering to Company’s policies and procedures


• Handles all customers’ requests promptly and resolved to customers’ satisfaction


• Handle enquiries and documentation, provide customer service, handling telephone and walk-in enquiries


• Reporting to the Marketing Director, assist the Marketing Manager, provide feedback from customers.


• Not forgetting especially clients' maintainance.

Requirements:

• Min. S1 (Business Studies, Service Skills, Office, management, marketing, administration) Certificate


• Enjoys meeting people and possesses a flair for customer service & public relation


• Able to handle both walk-in and phone enquiries 


• Highly driven with a passion for learning


• Proficient in MS Office applications with good typing skills


• Good communications and interpersonal skills and a team player

• At least 1 year of basic experience in customer/public relationship service field, preferably in service industry
