General Requirement :

• Male / Female, max. age 30 th

• CREATIVE & PASSIONATE in Interior and architectural design trend and detailing.

Special Requirement :

• Minimum. S1 degree Interior design / Architecture.


• Min 2-3 year experience.
  


• Mastering: AUTOCAD,SKETCHUP, 3D MAX vray.


• Able to operate : Microsoft office,  Adobe Photoshop , hand drawing for presentation purpose


• Able to create detail drawing and understand about Material Knowledge.


• Able to manage production of drawings (conceptual and shop drawings).

Role descriptions:

• Perform engineering duties in planning and designing commercial building services such as HVAC, Fire Protection, Plumbing and Drainage system.


• Working with offshore consultant team.


• Coordinate M&E services with architects, engineers, interior designers, etc.


• Prepare drawings for CAD staff to draw


• Select appropriate materials and equipment

Role requirements:

• Graduate in mechanical engineering from reputable university


• At least 2 years working experience in engineering consultant.


• Familiar to mechanical & drawing standards


• Familiar with international  and local codes


• Good command in English


• Available to be relocated to site for duration of the project


• Familiar to MS Office, E20 and Hyena
