Job Qualification :
Main Role & Responsibility
- Lead and manage operation team, to undertake Business Development, Design Development, Project Management, and Contract Administration; project sales pitches & presentation, and project management to achieve excellent on time & quality project handover, plus project profitability.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Degree holder in interior design, architecture or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 (three) years experience in leadership and management position in similar industry.
- Good presentation and communication skill.
- Enjoy meeting people and with good people skill.
- Pro-active and enthusiastic in excellent customer service.
- Passionate and energetic to take on leadership & management role.
Remuneration
- Shall commensurate with qualifications, experience and skill sets.
- Profit sharing + future shareholder.
