Kualifikasi :
- Laki-laki
- Usia max 35 tahun
- Pendidikan S1 dalam bidang Teknik Sipil atau Arsitektur atau Electrical.
- Pengalaman kerja min 5 tahun dalam bidang supervisi Bangunan Perkantoran dan Gudang.
- Bahasa cakap dalam berkomunikasi lisan maupun tertulis
- Menguasai bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Inggris.
- Penempatan di Surabaya
Kemampuan yang diharapkan :
- Menguasai dasar-dasar Manajemen Proyek.
- Mampu berkoordinasi dengan Project Manager, User, Kontraktor, dan vendor.
- Mampu untuk arrange meeting dan membuat laporan proyek.
- Menguasai software komputer : Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, AutoCAD (dasar, 2 dimensi)
- Pernah melakukan pengawasan dan menguasai terhadap pekerjaan : Elektrikal sederhana (Instalasi Lampu, Panel, genset), Mekanikal sederhana (Split Air Conditioning), Plumbing sederhana (instalasi pipa toilet, saluran air hujan/drainage), Struktur (konstruksi beton/ baja), Arsitektur (Finishing, Partisi, Furniture).
- Mampu untuk mereview shop drawing dan as built drawing.
- Menguasai aspek Safety dalam proyek.
- Dapat me-manage budget dan schedule proyek dengan baik.
- Mampu bekerja dalam schedule yang ketat, bekerja overtime.
- Sanggup bekerja dengan mobilitas yang tinggi, mengawasi beberpaa proyek proyek dalam waktu bersamaan di seluruh wilayah Indonesia.
Fasilitas yang diberikan :
- Hand phone, 1 unit untuk kebutuhan komunikasi, termasuk penyediaan pulsa.
- Laptop, 1 unit.
- Telkomflash, termasuk iuran bulanan untuk paket volume base unlimited.
- Camera digital, untuk dokumentasi proyek.
