• Pria/Wanita max. 30 tahun


• Pendidikan minimal S1 Tehnik Sipil/Arsitek


• Pengalaman min. 2 tahun sebagai estimator di perusahaan kontraktor/developer


• Menguasai MS Office (word, excel), MS Project dan Autocad


• Mampu menganalisa kebutuhan bahan & upah


• Mampu berkoordinasi khususnya dengan pihak ketiga/eksternal


• Tekun, jujur, teliti, mampu bekerja sama dalam team dan mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik


• Bersedia dinas ke site
