Job Qualification :


Responsibilities:

1.Valuation & Reporting




  • Support monthly and annual valuation and reporting for management and MOF.

  • Support monthly and annual management KPIs monitoring and reporting.

  • Support monthly and annual Embedded Value reporting.

  • Support monthly and annual Participating/Universal Life policies bonus/dividend/interest declaration review and administration.



2.Budget and Business Plan




  • Support annual Budget exercise along with Finance team.

  • Support and analyze business plan for proposed business initiatives and/or partnership development.

  • Monitor actual vs Budget performance.



3.Experience Monitoring and Analysis




  • Monitors relevant experiences against actuarial assumptions on regular basis including mortality, morbidity, persistency etc.

  • Support regular expense analysis and monitoring against actuarial assumptions.

  • NB and in-force business reporting and analysis.

  • Agency compensation/Telemarketing experience monitoring and support its structural review.



4.ALM and Profitability Analysis




  • Support monthly ALM analysis.

  • Support and report monthly Profitability analysis.



5.Projects Support and Implementation




  • Internal and external audit review supports.

  • Prophet model implementation aligned with Prophet Manager’s responsibility to ensure high efficiency and accuracy of Prophet Model.

  • Administration and system development support.

  • Reinsurance administration and system development support.




Requirement:




  • Advance in Exam of Actuarial Society of Indonesia / overseas actuarial qualification with degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics or equivalent.

  • At least 5 year experience especially in valuation and reporting in Life Insurance company.

  • Strong in actuarial principles

  • Good knowledge in Prophet model

  • Good and proficiency in knowledge of life insurance and products

  • Good command of English & Bahasa.

  • Independent, hardworking, responsible and loyal.

  • Able to work independently and has a systematic approach to ersolving problems arising

  • Good command in English
