Responsibilities:




  • Supervise, monitor and develop subordinate

  • Ensure the team verify documents of pension claim and follow up incomplete one

  • Servicing clients

  • Ensure the team record every transaction accurately and timely into the system

  • Ensure the team process reconciling data

  • Check memo payment to finance and client correspondences

  • Verify and send data for investments

  • Issue DPLK balance statements

  • Prepare technical report

  • Keeping files of all documents and correspondences

  • Controlling and filing receipts for documents and correspondences

  • Improve the process and performance by giving initiative and support project



Requirements:




  • Graduated in Mathematics, Actuary, Business Administration, Accounting, or Computer from any reputable university

  • Certified Pension Administrator is beneficial

  • At least 5 years experience in pension administration or other related field
