Responsibilities:



To perform various accounting & office functions relating to accounting transactions, scheduling of closing of accounts, fixed assets management, preparations & analyzing of accounting reports. Require to undertake some office management including payroll processes & policies planning. 




  • Working with minimum supervision, plans and carries out broad assignments including prepares of departmental consolidated operating and financial statements.

  • Conducts bank reconciliation, asset management, budgeting, auditing, cost control, credit control and ensure process compilance to corporate policy.

  • Liaise with local tax authority, statutory board and auditiors to prepare various reporting requirement

  • Handling payroll & other office administrative functions.

  • Reporting to regional HQ in Singapore. 






Requirements:




  • Degree in Accounting / Business / Finance with minimum 5 years experience in Accounting / Business Administration with at least 2 years full set accounting experience.

  • Must be well verse in English language skill & Bahasa Indonesia. 

  • Familiar with local tax structures ,   an

  • Proactive, Analytical, integrity and able to work under pressure.

  • Good in Microsoft Excel with strong analysis skills

  • Experience in SAP system will be added asset

Job Responsibilites:





  • Provide cash flow/cash budget analysis and projections in daily basis


  • Maintain sufficient fund in bank account and bank balances are monitored on daily basis


  • Provide daily estimate cash expenditure of payments


  • Verifying amount, accounts and make payment for inter fund transfer


  • Prepare and provide application form, letter, documentation and internet banking for opening and closing accounts of Prudential Life Assurance


  • Prepare and arrange all letter for banking relation regarding to changing in authorized signatories, legal documents, etc tidy and accurate and communicative with them to make sure all the letter are complete and right


  • Monitoring daily time deposit listing (placement & liquidated) must be prepared accuracy and fairly stated


  • Maintaining a constructive relationship with existing banks, etc.



Qualification:



Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance Management with min. 3 years relevant experience.

  1. Terampil menggunakan komputer untuk kegiatan bisnis, meliputi: pembuatan dokumen dengan software Office (Word/Excel/Power Point) atau sejenisnya, korespondensi dengan surat elektronik (e-mail), pencarian informasi di internet menggunakan mesin pencari (search engine Google, Yahoo, dan sejenisnya).

  2. Memahami praktek akuntansi untuk industri finansial.

  3. Mengerti secara detil standarisasi untuk akuntansi perusahaan.

  4. Penguasaan terhadap peraturan akuntansi yang berlaku di Indonesia, termasuk PSAK 50-55

  5. Dapat berkomunikasi secara profesional dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Inggris.

 



* Pengalaman Profesional



  1. Memiliki pengalaman bekerja dengan sistim akunting terkomputerisasi.

  2. Berpengalaman dalam merancang struktur COA untuk industri finansial.

  3. Memiliki kemampuan perancangan dan analisa pemetaan jurnal untuk berbagai jenis transaksi pada industri finansial.

  4. Sanggup membaca laporan keuangan dan memberikan analisa baik kuantitatif maupun kualitatif.

  5. Pengalaman minimal satu tahun bekerja dalam suatu proyek pengembangan sistim.

 



* Deskripsi Pekerjaan



  1. Merancang sistim korporat terintegrasi khususnya untuk fitur yang terkait dengan akunting dan transaksi finansial.

  2. Memberikan konsultasi bisnis kepada klien terkait dengan praktek akuntansi sesuai dengan standarisasi yang berlaku.

  3. Menterjemahkan rancangan fitur sistim ke dalam bentuk dokumentasi sistim software dan menjadi jembatan komunikasi antara pihak klien dengan tim teknis pengembang software.

  4. Melakukan testing kesesuaian antara rancangan dan hasil pengembangan khususnya untuk fitur yang terkait dengan akunting dan transaksi finansial.

  5. Implementasi standarisasi PSAK 50-55 ke dalam proses bisnis klien dan sistim software.
