Kualifikasi yang kami perlukan:

• Pendidikan minimal lulusan S1 dari semua bidang studi.


• Wanita, usia 25 – 35 tahun


• Memahami prosedur export & mampu mengaplikasikannya


• Mampu berbahasa Inggris secara aktif baik lisan dan tulisan


• Mampu menggunakan Microsoft Word & Excel, internet dan email


• Mampu melakukan koordinasi dengan pihak Forwarding, bagian Fumigasi, Shipping Lines dan customer, serta menguasai program PEB.

Tugas Utama :

• Membuat dan menyiapkan dokumen export yang diperlukan (Invoice, packing list, B/L, CoO).


• Menerbitkan Performa Invoice untuk semua order yang masuk.


• Mengatur pengiriman export & membuat laporan pengirimannya.


• Melakukan koordinasi dengan pihak EMKL, Forwarding, Shipping Line, Courier & Bank serta bagian Warehousing.
