Job Qualification :
Responsibilities:
- Make a recap the sale of all branches including incoming payment.
- Monitoring payment of required fees and make a journal into the SAP.
- Monitor and coordinate with the HR employee for payment of salary/payroll.
- Make adjusting entries.
- Monitoring and control data documents and payment to supplier / partners , and to ensure payment process running smoothly and on schedule .
- Preparing the company's financial reports.
- Setting up the budget and coordinate with the head of Department in the process of preparation.
- Evaluate the analysis result of the budget for use by contrast with the actual cost , to the efficiency and effectiveness of charge
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor in Finance / Accounting
- Age: 30 - 40 years old
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Good in English
