Business System Support Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- Integrating the existing business to feel part of Aviva Asia
- Build strong foundations and organizational capability to meet the growth challenge
- Building the companies brand and creating a sense of pride in the organization
- Create, enhancement and maintenance application according user’s requirements and business objectives
- Maintenance database
- Identify new areas of improvements/automation
- Ensure that the work progress of project is in schedule
- Provide system documentation that conforms to standards
Requirements:
- Degree in IT, Computer Science or other relevant qualification
- Knowledge of application, database development, design and administration
- Experience of working in insurance industry
- Experience and working knowledge of application development, performance tuning, integration and testing
Skill & Knowledge :
- Object-Orientated programming in VB .NET, ASP.NET, Crystal Report.
- Database functions/store procedures, tables, views, triggers, SQL, MSSQL, Windows Scripting
- Good knowledge of office automation tools (Microsoft Office).
- Principles and techniques of business process analysis and design
- Elements of systems and procedure analysis
- Principles of program design, coding, testing and implementation
- Principles of training/supporting technology users
- Interpersonal relationship techniques
- Knowledge of application, database development, design and administration
- Experience of working in insurance industry
- Experience and working knowledge of application development, performance tuning, integration and testing
