Job Qualification :
Principal accountabilities:
Perform remote and onsite technical support activities for cluster customers.- Perform on site activities such as: Upgrades, Network expansion, Installation, Site Survey, NOC operation, OJT, Site and Network commissioning.
- Perform remote support activities
- Document and follow up all activities in ERP
- Bring ideas for services readiness from the Filed
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of hands on experience in the telecommunication
- Engineer degree (electrical engineering or telecom/networking) – must. (we can also consider and excellent technician)
- Good English – reading, writing and speaking - must
- Experience with DWDM & SDH networks– must
- Experience with implementation of networks at the level of acceptance testing
- Experience (configuration level) with at least one of the following technologies – SDH/MSPP, MPLS, Routers, L2 switches, Optical networks
- Good Knowledge in IP networking and data networks (configuration of routers)
- Familiarity with test equipment
- Familiarity of Unix OS – installation and configuration
- Experience with troubleshooting
- Motivated and independent
- Good human relations and experience with customers
- Readiness to travel in country and abroad
