Job Qualification :
Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Hukum
- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun menangani aspek Legal dalam hal Coorporate Action, seperti Merger, Akuisisi, IPO atau Penyusunan Bank Loan Agreement
- Pria/Wanita, usia maksimal 30 tahun
- Dapat bekerja dalam team work
- Mandiri, minimal supervisi
- Memiliki kemampuan Bahasa Inggris Lisan dan Tulisan
- Mampu mengoperasikan Ms Office
