Job Qualification :



JOB DESCRIPTION:

Recruitment




  • Ensure all vacancies are filled with suitable candidates within the targeted time.

  • Maintains an active and organized data bank of applicants for various positions.

  • Develops assessment tools for selection process.

  • Schedules interviews and ensure departmental heads give feedback on each candidates.

  • Designing induction process for new hires and conducts new employee orientation.



Training development




  • Identifying employee training and development needs, and for planning, organizing appropriate training within organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular discussion with managers.

  • Make yearly Training Plan and monitor and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussion.

  • Offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills.

  • Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness

  • Monitor training costs to ensure budget is not exceeded, and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures.



Person requirement




  • Good interpersonal and verbal skills to interact with employees or trainees.

  • Knowledge about the work field and keeping in touch with the new developments in area of expertise is necessary to formulate training programs

  • Bachelor’s degree in some field like psychology, literature, human resources, management or computers.

  • Having experience min. 3 years in same field

  • Knowledge of computer is essential to do documentations and give presentations.
