JOB DESCRIPTION:
Recruitment
- Ensure all vacancies are filled with suitable candidates within the targeted time.
- Maintains an active and organized data bank of applicants for various positions.
- Develops assessment tools for selection process.
- Schedules interviews and ensure departmental heads give feedback on each candidates.
- Designing induction process for new hires and conducts new employee orientation.
Training development
- Identifying employee training and development needs, and for planning, organizing appropriate training within organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular discussion with managers.
- Make yearly Training Plan and monitor and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussion.
- Offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills.
- Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness
- Monitor training costs to ensure budget is not exceeded, and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures.
Person requirement
- Good interpersonal and verbal skills to interact with employees or trainees.
- Knowledge about the work field and keeping in touch with the new developments in area of expertise is necessary to formulate training programs
- Bachelor’s degree in some field like psychology, literature, human resources, management or computers.
- Having experience min. 3 years in same field
- Knowledge of computer is essential to do documentations and give presentations.
