• Pendidikan min. S1 Psikologi/ Hukum dengan IPK min. 2.75.


• Pengalaman min. 5 tahun di posisi yang sama, diutamakan dari Industri Food and Beverage (hotel/ restoran/ café).


• Menguasai MS Office (Excel, Words, Power Point).


• Paham peraturan/ UU ketenagakerjaan yang berlaku.


• Paham proses rekrutmen dan training.
