QC INSPECTOR (BASED IN BATAM)

Job Qualification :

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for reading client (enquiries) specification documents on the quality aspects to highlight any special requirement other than the normal ASME, ASTM, API, etc standard requirement.


• Further develop new WPS/PQR/WQT and additional quality procedure as per client specification requirement


• Actively working with other departments to ensure a smooth and highly efficient process system.


• Responsible for overseeing quality procedures, and ensuring that company and product quality requirements are being met and exceeded.
  

Requirements:

• Well versed & knowledge in ASME, API, ASTM, NACE


• Possess a relevant welding certificates


• Possess relevant NDT inspector certificate will be an added advantage


• Mechanical Engineering degree or Diploma with average 2 years relevant experience or more in On-Shore/Offshore Oil & Gas fabrication environment


• Bilingual in English and Bahasa Indonesia both oral and written


• Preferable from Batam domicile or willing to be stationed at Batam


• Interview will be conducted in Batam
