- Male/ female, age max. 35 y.o.
- Working experience in similar fields min. 1 year
- Graduated min. Diploma from Music Academy/ general who have good knowledge in theory, understand and experienced in Music fields (Teaching background/ Music Player)
- Honesty, high initiative and energetic, excellent in negotiation skill
- Strong communication skill, Management skill and interpersonal skill
